Yes. The Pro trial is seven days, no card required. When it ends, your projects downgrade to Free gracefully — nothing is deleted.
Do I own the code Heartwood writes?
Completely. Every project exports as a clean Next.js or Remix repo you can host anywhere. Heartwood is a collaborator, not a cage.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Prorated in both directions. Cancel anytime — no retention calls, no sales gatekeeping.
What happens to my apps if I cancel?
They stay online on the Free tier within the Free tier's limits (1 app, Heartwood subdomain). Everything else exports with one click.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
The $299/month starter covers up to 25 seats and a standard SLA. Beyond that, we price per seat plus volume-based integrations. Talk to sales.
